I know that you are searching and searching for new exercise programs to following meaninglessly again and again. I know that every Sunday you are motivated to start on Monday and then Ugh! Your intensions fall flat. I also know that as we get older, we need to take care of our hearts, our minds and our bodies because we are extremely overwhelmed with the tasks of having a family, possibly a career and still trying to take care of ourselves!
